Running + developing HUNTRESS as a one woman show has been life changing. I’ve waited my whole life for this. Cliche maybe. True, absolutely. So when a powerhouse like Brooke sends me messages + MOON VIBES today – I feel flabbergasted. I have so much going on – and so many directions pulling me that I have no idea what to DO in this moment. But this moment feels major. And it is. I am working on a new dress design tonight, and planning a FUR POPUP in NYC that I leave for this Friday + am planning my HUNT LA Oct 25th sale here in LA – so much to do + the time seems to wax + wane at warp speed every millisecond like a major ocean surf each moment. There is no such things as getting it all done, and everything is in it’s right time. So tonight… with Brooke’s voice + connection I am reminded to…

Wise words spoken by my lovely + multi-talented friend CHRISTAN SUMMERS in an interview I read of hers recently…. this stayed with me + is repeating itself to me daily right now. In the past I think I was dismissing too many of my majorly good experiences w/o letting them shape away…. (or was giving a few of the less savory ones too much shape?) We have choice. I have choice. Ok, got it. ONward.
October 8th we will experience a HUNTERS MOON.
Or blood moon. Blushing Beauty.
A total lunar eclipse.
Strange happenings will occur for our normally pale friend, as she will be blushing as the night rolls in. During a total lunar eclipse I can’t imagine a better time to open to the powerful transformative energies of the moon. What strikes me most about the energy of RARE moons, and the reminders my girlfriends are lighting up for me tonight is that rare acts can succeed ON NIGHTS LIKE TONIGHT. And always. One article I found said ‘the blood moon is a biblical sign that something earth shattering is going to happen’. Knowing biblical as I do, it refers never to the literal, and always to the energetic realm. So mold has been around you up until now – what are you ready to shatter off of your own life + light?
